Shipping
We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Always available for local pickup in Rosemount, MN. All local pickup and Minnesota residents are required by law to pay 7.13% sales tax.

Returns
New items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Buyer is issued a full refund in their original payment method, less any shipping costs.
Special Conditions
We allow a 48 hour approval period. In the event of a return, the buyer pays shipping both ways. The instrument must be returned in original condition as it was shipped with all hang tags, certificates and warranty cards. The buyer will be charged for shipping both ways and also any credit card processing fee
